The Upper Tampa Bay Chamber Education Foundation (UTBCEF) serves students and educators in the Upper Tampa Bay region. The programs we support touch the families and students in grades K through 12 in nearly 30 schools across the region, in both Pinellas and Hillsborough counties.

The Mission of the Upper Tampa Bay Chamber Education Foundation is to enhance the educational and cultural opportunities available to the youth of the Upper Tampa Bay area, by meeting their needs and helping them fulfill their dreams.
